Refund Policy

Our 60-day money-back guarantee

Try Gumsprout for up to 60 days. If you’re not happy with your results for any reason, email hello@gumsprout.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we’ll refund the purchase price of your order. You don’t need to send the bottles back, even if they’re opened or empty.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
• Shipping fees paid on one-time orders are not refundable, unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Mystery gifts and any store credit linked to a refunded order are cancelled when the refund is issued.

Subscriptions

The guarantee covers your first subscription order. You can cancel your subscription anytime from Manage Subscription or by emailing us, and no further orders will be charged. Refill orders that have already shipped can be refunded under this policy if you contact us within 60 days of delivery.

Limits

The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer or household and applies to orders placed directly on our website. Orders bought from third-party resellers are not covered.
