Shipping Policy

We ship Gumsprout Dental Chewables to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We don’t ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Every order is packed at our US fulfillment facility within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During busy periods, such as launches and sales, processing can take a little longer. We’ll email you if your order is delayed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders arrive in 3–7 business days by tracked USPS or courier service. In total, most customers receive their order within 6–12 business days of ordering. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

Shipping costs

• Subscriptions: free shipping on every order.
• One-time orders of $60 or more: free shipping.
• One-time orders under $60: $4.95 flat rate.

Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Subscriptions

Subscription refills are processed on your renewal date and ship within the same 3–5 business day window. We email you a reminder before each refill so you can skip, change or cancel it.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships. We can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (shipping fees may apply).

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking shows it delivered but you haven’t received it, email hello@gumsprout.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
